She is survived by her three kids: Karen Andrea Breucop Larin, Monica Nicole Breucop Larin, and Diego Guillermo Breucop Larin, her parents, and her siblings.
Dalia was born on March 1, 1972 in El Salvador to Juan Francisco Larin and Ana Arcelia Mendez. Growing up she enjoyed spending time with her family, many of whom knew her as "Laly". Dalia moved to the United States in 2007 along with her husband and kids. As a teacher of over 20 years, she lovingly served children with special needs until the end. When she was not serving in the classroom she enjoyed traveling, rescuing dogs, celebrating the holidays, and cooking. Her passion for cooking delicious meals made her food famous among family, friends, and coworkers. Her cooking was so irresistible everyone wanted a taste. As an avid animal lover, she never let a dog in need go without a loving home. Dalia was known by her coworkers, friends, and family for her passionate, outgoing, and affectionate personality.
