Esperanza M. Chavez, 75 years old of Loma Linda, California passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born on February 7, 1939 in Mexico, to Camilo and Juana Madrid. She is survived by her children, Juanita Morales, Manuela Luevano, Lupe Monroe, Gracie Preciado, Sylvia La Porta, Leonardo Chavez, Olga Avila, Patricia Berardi, Ricardo Chavez, Monica Chavez and Sabrina Chavez.
Esperanza was a homemaker for over 60 years.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6, 2014, 4-8 p.m. at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, California. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 7, 2014, 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1430 W. 5th St., San Bernardino, California, 92411.
Burial will follow at Montecito Memorial Park.
Esperanza will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.
