Frank was born in Corning, California, on February 23, 1947. He served in the U.S. Army for four years. He was a California Highway Patrol Officer for 10 yrs. While working as CHP Officer, he put himself through night school at Western State University and became a Lawyer. He worked at San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office for more than 20 + years. While working at the District Attorney's office he taught at San Bernardino Valley College. He enjoyed teaching and spending time with the staff and sharing his love of the Law. He is survived by his two sisters, Patrice and Janice, as well as his two brothers, Zachary & Brad. His daughter Kristie, her husband, Daniel and three grandsons, Edward, Zachariah and Michael.
Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Funeral service at 1 p.m., both on Friday, May 4th, at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, California. Afterwards a private reception for the family.
