Geneva R. Hamm Blazer, 83 of Hemet, CA died on July 27, 2025. She was born in Soldier Kentucky on March 5, 1942. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Harold (Harry) Blazer, son, James Everett Brooks and daughter, Brenda Lee Gates. She is survived by her son, Steve Alton Brooks, her daughter, Judy Ann Croteau, son in law David Croteau, her granddaughters Lindsay Croteau-Kern, and Amanda Gustafson, grandsons Bryan Croteau, Kenneth Foster and Drew Croteau, great-grandchildren, Kade & Avalon Lawrence, Abagail Mac Donald and Axel Gustafson. Geneva spent over 40 years working in the dry cleaning industry both in Barstow and San Bernardino, California. She was an avid gardener, loved to crochet and to bake for family and friends. She loved her animals all of her life but she especially loved her 3 cats that lived with her at the time of her death.
