... Born in the State of Sinaloa, Mexico, in a small humble town near Navolato. Mr. Ojeda began working as a child and dropped out of school in the 6th grade to work full-time to help his family.
Mr. Ojeda migrated to California in the early 70's in pursuit of the American Dream, he worked for his older brother Ramiro at his pallet re manufacturing company Godoy Pallets in La Puente, CA.
Mr. Ojeda became a U.S. citizen and with lots of hard work, determination, and persistence Mr. Ojeda went his own way and started his own pallet company in 1984, G.O. Pallets, Inc.
Mr. Ojeda is survived by his mother, 4 brothers, 1 sister, 3 daughters, 1 son, 4 grandsons, 1 grandson on the way and many beloved aunts, cousins, nephews, and nieces. Mr. Guadalupe (Lupe) Ojeda will be greatly missed and always remembered as a great noble man who led by example and always loved his family and friends as much as his humbling hard work. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. at Montecito Mortuary in the Valley View Chapel in Colton, California. Arrangements under the direction of Montecito Memorial Park & Mortuary, Colton, California.
