Jonathan Matthew Eykel Sr., 40, passed away peacefully on July 10th, 2021 with his wife Christina and family by his side. Jon was born on April 1st, 1981 to Christine and Jeff Eykel. He married his love Christina Najar on October 31, 2006. They had a total of 6 childeren they raised together. Jon was a truck driver for Superior for 2 years. He loved being on the road and was passionate about trucking. He would light up anytime he talked about the trips he made up and down the coast. Jon was smart and had a natural talent of fixing things.He could take something apart, fix it and put it back together. He was everyones go to guy when it came to anything electronic as well. When Jon was not on the road he love to spend his time with his wife and kids. Jon is survived by his wife, Christina, Mother Christine Eykel, Father Jeff Eykel and his Children; Jonathan Jr., Pandora, Seth, Memphis, Presley and Leejenn.
A memorial service for Jonathan will be held Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324.
