Jonathan Ray Montes, 2, passed away on September 4, 2015 in San Bernardino, CA.
Jonathan is survived by his loving parents, Raymond and Angel Montes; beloved siblings, Raylene, Jenelle, Raymond and David Montes
Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 and a Chapel Service held at 10:00am on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 both at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, CA 92324.
