Deeply saddened by the loss of our dear coworker and friend, Jose Lira “El Yerno” a given nickname or inside joke. His kindness, hard work, and positive spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Jose will be greatly missed, but his memory will live on in our hearts.

My name is Jeri and I reside at Rialto Arrow Terrace, I was profoundly saddened to hear that Jose had passed. Please accept our  sincere condolences.  We are praying for you. 
Please know that Jose was more than the guy who came to repair things. He was a kind human being and will be truly missed. May God’s grace, peace and strength keep you all during this time.

My family and I were so deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Jose. He was such an incredible person—always kind, respectful, and quick to lend a hand whenever something needed fixing around the townhomes. I can’t help but feel how strange it is not to see him working around the property anymore. He was such a familiar and reliable presence, and it’s hard to imagine this place without him.

Jose’s impact on our community was immeasurable. His work ethic was unmatched, and his warm, genuine nature made him someone everyone could depend on—not just for repairs, but for a kind word or a moment of laughter. 

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. I hope that you can find comfort in the knowledge that Jose’s kindness touched so many lives, and that his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all of us who were lucky enough to know him.

Jose was the maintenance supervisor where I reside. He was so kind, so helpful, so respectful. And, genuinely was a caring person. My husband passed away nearly three years ago. He saw the impact it had on me. When he received a work order and would come to fix something. He’d ask me if I was okay. Always pleasant and did a great job! I’d offer bottled water and sometimes donuts for the crew as a thank you. My heart hurts for his children and family. Please know I am praying for you. Thankful for the opportunity I had getting to know him. He will be greatly missed!
