Siendo viuda en una edad muy joven era conocida por superar adversidad y su espíritu

luchador. Margarita fue una madre cariñosa de hijos José (Pepe), Juan (Manny) y hija Vianey

(Chata). Ella también fue abuela de Carolina y Abraham. Ella fue nacida en Sahuayo,

Michoacán, México y vino a los Estados Unidos a buscar el sueño Americano.

Se llevará a cabo un velorio celebrando su vida el Miércoles, Febrero 21, 2024 a las 5 p.m. en

Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, Valley View Chapel, 3520 E Washington St Colton, Ca

Margarita Lara Torres, 58, passed away January 29, 2024 joining her mother in eternal heaven.

Margarita lived up to her nickname “Lucha” (for fighter) until the end. Becoming a widow at a

young age she was known for overcoming adversity and for her fighting spirit and strength.

Margarita was a loving mother to sons Jose (Pepe), Juan (Manny) and daughter Vianey (Chata).

She was also grandmother to Caroline and Abraham. She was born in Sahuayo, Michoacán,

Mexico and came to the United States to pursue the American dream.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held Wednesday, February 21st 2024 at 5p.m. at

Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, Valley View Chapel, 3520 E Washington St Colton, Ca
