I had the pleasure to have known Mike for at least 15 years. He was part of my family. We shared many Cubs to boys scouts events, family outings, get togethers, and many special moments of his and my families life. My family and I will miss him dearly. He holds a special place here in our hearts and up above. Mike please save our spot up in heaven were our families can reunite and camp out once again. We love you.

The first time I met Mike was a week before my son's first pinewood derby. I called Mike to find out info about cub scouts. Mike said if I signed Sean up and got a car he would help us put it together so that Sean could race. There were three trophys and only two boys in the den so Sean was guaranteed a trophy. So Sean and I went to Mike's house 3 days before pinewood derby and Mike helped us put the car together. We were welcomed be Mike and Miyoung from the very beginning. I love my scout family. Thank you Mike for being such a great mentor to my son. You will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.

A true gentleman in every sense of the word. My son has been in Mr. Bentleys troop for five years now, and during that time Mikes enthusiasm, dedication to service to his community and fellow man never wavered. I was always amazed at how no matter how busy things got, he always had that big smile. They say the greatest thing a man can do in life is to make an impact on others. Mikes impact was without equal. You certainly made a imprint on our lives. Thank you.

Mike Bentley was a great man. He was the friendliest one from Arrowhead District and welcomed me as part of the group. He introduced me to the greatest Troop. Troop 45 a group of respectful scouts. I got to help with an Eagle COH for his son the first Eagle for Troop 45. Working with Mike was amazing. I'm so sad he's gone. Prayers to Miyoung and the boys. May you try to find some peace. ❤❤❤

Mike always had a smile on his face when ever you saw him his Scouting Family will miss him as will anyone who he touched their lives you will be greatly missed my friend & always be in our hearts

Mike was one of the kindest men, he was always there to answer any questions that i had, him and his beautiful wife always told me if i ever needed anything just let them know. There are few good souls left in the world he was one of them R.I.P

I am so heartbroken over the loss of such a good man. I will truly miss you and because of you I am gonna make sure my two grandsons earn their eagle. I am sad that Landon won't get to be with you next year. My prayers and thoughts go out to Myioung and your four sons. May they have the strength and courage to carry on in your name in scouts. Mike was a very very good person.  He got me to do things in scouting before I knew what happened he would say it is only one hour a month.  As t turned out he was wrong. Always had a smile for your even when he was not feeling it, he will always be a part of my families life and we miss him always.  May God always watch over his family and friends.  Thank you for being you Mike.

Mike and my son Rich were friends in High School and a group of them shared automotive interests that sometimes resulted in our driveway/garage being used for repair work--I loved it and still miss the guys working in our garage!!
