MICHAEL BOGDANOVICH Age 85. Passed away on August 11, 2011 one week after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke. Resident of Calimesa, California. Born on February 10, 1926 in Omaha, Nebraska. Married Berniece Hilliard on August 31, 1948 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Loving husband and father. Lifetime of service to church and community. Member of the Loma Linda University Seventh-day Adventist Church. Worked as a Business Operations Manager for several Adventist colleges and universities -- Loma Linda University, Atlantic Union College, Walla Walla University, and Andrews University. Served on the Calimesa Citizens Patrol for fifteen years and was recognized as the Citizens Patrol Volunteer of the Year in 2010. Enjoyed flying, cars, travel, books, photography and classical music. Served in the US Army. Predeceased in death by: brother, George Bogdanovich of Omaha, NE; brother, Vladimir Bogdanovich of a Omaha, NE. Survived by: wife, Berniece (Hilliard) Bogdanovich; daughter, Patti Bogdanovich Larkins; son-in-law, Thomas Larkins; nieces; nephews. Viewing is on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M.
