His love of the outdoors, creating and crafting projects at work and kitchen, especially baking, shaped much of his life, as well as generous care for his family.
He leaves cherished memories to his wife, Anita Lenz Reid; children, Heather Lucas, Eric Reid, and Erin Reid; grandson, Westin; brothers, Kenneth and Terrence Reid; sister, Rebecca Blaha; and many beloved family members.
Preceding Richard in death are parents, Richard M. and Ramona Reid; aunt, June Campbell; brothers, David, Delbert, and Jeffrey Reid; sister, Deborah Tornberg; and nephews, Danny and Dylan.
A graveside service as previously requested by Richard will be held for family at Montecito Memorial Park.
