Dad,

I remember when I was little and you and mom took me to Perris Hill park for a carnival.  I remember watching the Jungle Book cartoon. That cartoon is still my favorite. I remember all of your camping trips, baseball games, you buying pizzas for everyone, I remember all the times we sat and talked and you gave me advise.
I remember all time we spend with Elijah and Lyric going to Denny’s and McDonland’s.
I remember all the projects you, me and Lyric did. 

I will never forget any of these memories.
Until we see each other again.
I love you daddy. 

Grandpa,

My heart is broken that you are gone.
Lyric and I miss you more than we can put in words.

I enjoyed taking care of you by my mom’s side. It was so much fun fighting with you over ice creams and Lyric. 
I promise you keep your memory alive always. Your Indio and I will treasure every moment spent with you!

Mom,

My grandpa was so blessed to have you as his golden child. Your love for him so so beautiful to witness. You have demonstrated what it is to truly honor, love and respect your parent. Between our family Grandpa will live on in our hearts. We are strong through god and each other. I love you. 

My fondest memories of my dad was when he would take us camping and do kids stuff with us but most of all when he said he love me and my horns to. laugh out loud. I’ll miss seeing your smiles and the joy that you and lyric had together.

God rest his soul. I worked with Sal for many years at Elliott block.

One of the most recent memory our family share with my Tio was a Sunday the boys came to watch football with him. He hadn’t been feeling good that morning and we worried we would have to cancel. As soon as the boys arrive he was instant smiles. They spent the day joking. One thing I remember was how my Tio kept joking and saying. “I will drink anything that’s put in this hand.” The boys kept trying to sneak him beer. He couldn’t help but to talk trash about the Raiders as soon as Uncle Mario came into the room. I loved to see my Tio in the presence of the men he felt at home and comfortable. It brought him true happiness. My Tio was held in high regard by anyone that knew him. Threw out my life I could always stop by and always felt welcomed. Ming’s always had taco to eat and my Tio always had consejos for me. He would alway message my arm and make it better. He was a strong man that you always loved from a distance because he scared us as much as we loved him. I loved his bar bell mustache. My husband always helped fix things when he could and can remember Tio always hanging out buying them beer for the work no matter how much they told him not to. My Tio was a great man that gave you instant pride just to be around him. I love and will always miss his presents. Thank you Tomby for sharing and allowing us to spend as much time as we wanted with him. Nothing you had to do was easy but you always did it with such love and compassion my Tio felt that up to the end. No one love my Tio like you did. 

I can remember when I would go over to have breakfast with my brother and just sit around and joke and complain about our kids. We also would reminisce about our parents. This was  a time I will never forget. I would like to say to his kids my prayers and sympathy are with you whole heartedly. I know what it is to lose a parent. I love you all and know that I'm here for you. Most of all I would like to say thank you to his daughter whom unselfishly took care of him to the very best of her ability. I know he was very very proud of her because she was fulfilled his every wish and dedicated all her time to him when he needed her the most.  Tamby  I love you and I am here for you. 

I met Sal my first day of work at Elliott Block when I was 16 ,  I was just a lost kid who just had a baby and was trying to do the right things in life for my child . From day one he took me under his wing . And by under his wing I mean he’d yell at me to do something but then explain why later. I have so many memories of him in all the years we worked together . He was never afraid to get down and dirty with the rest of us and I respected him for that ! He showed me true work ethic.
One thing I remember is his pall malls and ham and cheese croissant.
I never had a dad growing up but I always looked up to him and Joel .
Rest In Peace big dog !

Thank you for loving my 3 babies so much . We are so blessed as a family to have you for all the years that we did and the kids we’re so lucky to  know what it feels like to be able to have a great-grandpa as great as you where to them. Deep inside you were a softy for them . You will always be known for the great-grandpa that always treated them out to eat and Desert than go home to your cowboys and Indian show . Elijah is going to miss his McDonald runs with you.  We are going to miss you dearly. You will always be in our heart and we will keep your memories alive in our house hold like you are still here with us . We love you and  Please watch over all of us xoxox
