Suzanne Elizabeth Beers

Suzanne Elizabeth Beers (Holwick), 76 of Ontario passed away peacefully in her home on January 25, 2025. "Sue" was born on May 2, 1948, in Alhambra, California, to Marianne June Holwick (Moore) and Ralph Wayne Holwick II. She obtained a Bachelors Degree in Art, from California State University Los Angeles, in 1971 and later obtained a Masters Degree in Education from California State University Fullerton in 1989. Sue married Ronald Eugene Beers of Visalia, California in 1972. Sue was a public school teacher for 33 years in the Pomona Unified School District. Sue is survived by children Emily Lois Shaw (Robert) of Murrieta, CA, Elizabeth Leigh Bartholomew (Layne) of Ontario, CA, and Jason Ronald Beers (Jaimee) of Chino, CA, along with 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her three brothers, Michael Barnes (Pam) of Claremont, CA, Paul Holwick of Illinois, and Ralph Wayne Holwick III of Santa Monica, CA. A private graveside service will be held at Montecito Memorial Park & Mortuary in Colton, California. A celebration of life will be held on February 22, 2025.
