Jeffrey grew up in the Laurel, MD area and spent the last three years as an appraiser trainee. Jeff was scheduled to sit for his certified appraiser exam on July 15th but unexpectedly passed away on July 5th. Jeff is survived by his loving mother, Tracey Deckman, his bonus father, Brian Deckman, brother Joe Metz, stepbrother David Deckman, and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Tracey and Brian are members at Grace.
