On September 16, 2021, Earl “Tex” Edward Otten, beloved husband of Ann Otten passed away. Step father of Ryan McFarland and his wife Acacia. Brother of Walt Otten. Grandfather of Lillian and Autumn Mae McFarland. Uncle of Miles and Morgan Waulters. Son in law of Mary Richards. Brother in law of Ginny and Scott Waulters. He worked for IBEW for 21 1/2 years. Tex and Ann were motorcycle enthusiasts.
A memorial gathering for Tex will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Witzke Funeral Homes Inc, 5555 Twin Knolls Rd., Columbia, MD 21045.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made directly to the family.
