She was born January 19, 1938 in Middletown, Ohio daughter of Victor Leon Wilson and Elma Louise Duvall Wilson. She was married to Edward Kinnear Peterson who has preceded her in death.
Barbara worked as an editor for several trade magazines, she was an avid reader enjoying crossword puzzles, game shows and hosting friends and family. Barbara loved helping with the grandchildren and being a grandma.
She is survived by three sons, Dean (Catherine) Peterson of Chelan WA, Rick Peterson, Steve Peterson of Chelan, WA and one daughter Karen (Steve) Weston of Columbia, MO; one Sister Marcia (Thomas) Waikel of Warsaw, IN; grandchildren: Lori Rice (Brandon); David, Matt and Kevin Weston; Great Grandchildren Evan Johnson and Tucker Rice
Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor’s choice.
