

There will be a memorial service held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Alive in Christ Lutheran Church. Interment will be private for the family.
Daniel was born on November 26, 1945 in Quincy, IL, the son of Leonard and Bertha (Travis) Robins, both of whom preceded him in death. He was married on June 14, 1969 in Overland, MO to Jane Stoverink, who survives at the home.
He graduated from Kennett High School, earned his Bachelor’s from Kansas City Art Institute and Master’s from SEMO. He taught art for all grades, spending 24 years teaching in the Malden school district. He was a faithful member of Alive in Christ Lutheran Church and had a great love for the Lord. He loved anything Harley-Davidson and was a member of the Black Sheep Harley-Davidson’s for Christ Club.
Besides his wife of 48 years, he is survived by: his children: Mimi Slade (Robert), Thomas Lee Robins (Peggy), Christopher Robins (Jay), Thomas Glen Robins (Ann Marie), Edward Robins, and Michael Robins; grandchildren: Jessica, Derek, Cali, Isaac and Amelia; great grandchild Andre; siblings: Marlin Robins and Ann Pennoyer. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Glenn Robins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Alive in Christ Lutheran Church.
