DeAndra graduated from Moberly Area Community College with an Associates Degree in the year 2013. She was attending the University of Missouri as a senior in their Graphic Design program. She would have graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in May 2016.
Survivors include her parents, Charles and Debra Carter, of Columbia; brothers, Shawn (Monique) Fugate, of Columbia and Ryan (Katie) Carter, of West Jordan, UT; sister, Charniece Carter, of Columbia; grandmother, Dorothy Fugate of Columbia and grandfather, Leo E. Carter, Sr. of Paris, MO. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Erylene Carter.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 pm, Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Columbia International Church of Christ. Visitation will be held two hours prior, from 10:00-12:00, at the church. Burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery.
