Visitation is from 10-11am, Friday, August 5, 2016 at Memorial Funeral Home in Columbia. Funeral Services will be at 11am; burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Georgia was born January 23, 1931 in Boone County, the daughter of Ed and Doris (Acton) Davis, who preceded her in death. She was married June 20, 1953 in Columbia to Adolph Boggs, who also preceded her in death.
Georgia was a homemaker all her life and enjoyed sewing, quilting and teaching sign language to whoever showed interest in learning. She attended MSD in Fulton.
Survivors include two daughters: Carol Wehmeyer, and Donna Glenn (Frank), both of Columbia; two sisters: Eddie Burks and Lena Grant; one brother Joe Davis; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Charles “Tutor” Davis.
