
Janet Love Page, 86, of Vandalia, formerly of Columbia passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 in Hannibal, MO. Graveside service will be 11:30am, Tuesday, November 23, 2021 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends and family may gather from 10:30-11:30am, Tuesday at Memorial Funeral Home, 1217 Business Loop 70 West, Columbia, MO.
Janet was born July 30, 1935 in Vandalia, MO to Harlen and Fern Cox Love; she was a graduate of Ladonnia High School. For 43 years she worked at State Farm insurance as an Administrative Assistant and Data Processing. On December 3, 1983, she married Herman C. Page, Sr. in Laddonia; she enjoyed working in the yard and caring for their family farm with Herman. Janet had a talent for sewing and every year she created near 300 stuffed animals for Santa to give out, and she was an avid book reader. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family.
She is survived by three step-sons, Donnie (Kathy) Driskill of Hallsville, Herman, JR. (Diane) Page of Lake Ozark, and Jeff (Nancy) Page of Columbia; a step-daughter, Deborah Mae (Kurt) Nichols of Harrisburg; sisters-in-law, Marie, Marilyn, and Connie Love; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and a loving extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herman C. Page, Sr.; three brothers, Bill, Loren, and Fred Love; and a daughter, Sherry Lynn.
