Jeanne Marguerite Mansell-Humpf

Jeanne Humpf, 95, of Columbia, MO passed away Friday, April 24, 2026, in Columbia. She was born June 15, 1930, in Kansas City, MO to George Mansell and Lula (Bennett) Mansell. Jeanne married John E. Humpf, III in Camdenton, Missouri June 19, 1948, and he preceded her in death on May 24, 2006.

Jeanne worked as a secretary in the Pathology Department at Ellis Fischel State Cancer Hospital for thirty-five years. She was a dedicated member of the Little Bonne Femme Baptist Church. Her favorite season was summer, and she loved to work in the garden. Her love for all was wonderful and kept her smiling.

She is survived by two children; Linda (Ed) Calvert, and John E. Humpf IV, three grandchildren, Max J. Humpf, Lance (Pam) Calvert, and Jared (Shannon) Calvert; four great grandchildren, Jackson, Haley, Wyatt, and Tucker Calvert, and her beloved companion, Carlton McCarty. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, eleven siblings, a grandson Alex J. Humpf, and daughter-in-law, Crystal Humpf.

Funeral service will be 10am Friday, May 1, 2026, at Little Bonne Femme Baptist Church, 5350 E Bonne Femme Church Rd, Columbia, MO and committal service will follow in Little Bonne Femme Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to Little Bonne Femme Baptist Church.
