Kevin Cale Sprouse, age 51, of Columbia, Missouri, passed away on Friday, January 2, 2026.
Kevin was born on April 7, 1974 in Columbia, Missouri, the son of Dr. Ronald and Mrs. Dorothy Sprouse. He was raised in Columbia and graduated from Rock Bridge High School. In light of his standout high school basketball career there as a Bruin, Kevin was inducted into the RBHS Hall of Fame in 2012. Kevin earned his BS degrees in Management, Marketing and Finance from Columbia College where he served as President of Delta Epsilon Chi (the collegiate division of DECA). Kevin went on to earn his MBA from Washington University’s Olin Business School, after studying abroad in both London and Shanghai.
On December 30, 2000, Kevin married Amy McDonald in Cameron, Missouri. Together, they welcomed three beautiful children - Abraham, Evelynn and Marjorie.
Professionally, Kevin most recently served as Chairman and CEO of Endovac Animal Health (formerly IMMVAC, Inc.). From an early age, Kevin was involved in every aspect of this business, which was co-founded by his parents in 1983. Whether cleaning mouse cages or labeling vaccine bottles late into the night, Kevin learned the operation from the ground up. In time, he assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer, and in 2010, became Executive Vice President. Subsequently, in 2012, he became the majority owner and immediately began guiding the company into a new era of growth. He was a visionary entrepreneur whose creativity, passion, and determination laid the foundation for the company as it operates today.
Concurrently, for nearly two decades, he was President and Owner of Sprouse Diversified Investment Corporation, a family-owned and managed investment company specializing in real estate, banking, and finance projects. Kevin was also a former Board Member for the Missouri Life Science Research Board.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Amy, and their three children, Abraham, Evelynn and Marjorie, of Columbia; parents Ronald and Dorothy Sprouse of Columbia; nieces and nephews Tyva, Dessie, Jacob and Damon. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Damon “Cade” Sprouse and Kyle Sprouse.
Kevin’s family has asked that memorial contributions be made to KVC Missouri, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to strengthen families, prevent child abuse and neglect, and help

A celebration of life is planned to take place on Friday, January 30th, at 11 a.m. at the Crossing Church (3615 Southland Dr, Columbia, MO 65201).
