Tommy is predeceased by his parents, Donna Nichols and Lloyd Thomas Stephens, Sr., two brothers and a son.
Tommy is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Kim Todd, four sisters, Pam Stephens, Janie Creason, Sherry Seiling and Andrea Gosselin, two brothers, Larry Creason and David Stephens, a grandson, Preston Todd.
Tommy was born February 7, 1964 in Columbia, Missouri and resided in Boonville, Missouri.
Tommy loved the outdoors and was an avid arrowhead hunter.
A celebration of life is being planned and will be posted on social media for all who would like to attend.
