Robert Keith Del Valle

Robert Del Valle, 44, of Columbia, MO passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021 at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Monday, August 30, 2021 with a Masonic service at 6:30 pm. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 31, 2021, both at Memorial Funeral Home 1217 Business Loop 70 W, Columbia, MO 65202. Burial will follow with full military honors at 12:00 pm in Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO.

Robert was born September 28, 1976 in Chicago, IL to Teofilo and Colleen Philips Del Valle. He graduated from Lakeview High and joined the US Army at age 18. His training started in Fort Knox, KY then he served several tours overseas in the 233rd and 515th Transportation Companies in Afghanistan, Germany, Korea, Iran, and Poland before he was honorably discharged in 2014. On March 9, 2013 he married Melissa Crespo at the Shiloh Christian Worship Center in Columbia, MO. He enjoyed playing guitar and reading his Bible. He always loved spending time with his family and having big gatherings, he loved to celebrate all occasions with his daughters. While in the military he joined the Masons and continued to serve when he had completed his military service.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa Del Valle; daughters, Annaliese, Colleen, Antonia, and Cassandra; siblings, Martha, Frankie, David, Donna, and Jeff Del Valle; his father, Teofilo Del Valle; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Colleen and two brothers, Steve and Timothy Del Valle.
