Visitation will be Sunday, July 16, from 1-3pm at Memorial Funeral Home Columbia, MO. Funeral service will be 11am, Monday, July 17, at the Funeral Home with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Sandi was born May 5, 1964 in Columbia, MO to Carroll Eugen and JoAnn Swan McGrath. A 1982 graduate of Hickman High School; she was a studious woman who loved to read. She had a green thumb caring for her many houseplants and flower garden. Sandy was also an excellent cook, a loving mother, and she loved her grandson dearly.
She is survived by her mother, JoAnn Snell of Higbee; children, William “Bill” Edward Bley, Jr. of Columbia, Kimberly Ann (Patrick) Bley Rengers of Lanesville, IN, and Kathaleen “Catie” Nicole Bley of Columbia; grandson Daylinn Reed Bley-Taylor; sister, Staci Jo Snell of Higbee; and brothers, Rusty and Matt McGrath of Millersburg. Her Father, Carroll McGrath and stepfather Harry W. Snell preceded her in death.
