Shirley Ann Breedlove, 74, a life-long resident of Boone County, passed away Monday, November 17, 2025. Friends and family may gather on Wednesday, November 26th from 10-11am at Memorial Funeral Home 1217 Business Loop 70 West Columbia, MO. The funeral service will begin at 11am, followed by burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Shirley was born May 30, 1951, in Boone County to John R. and Lillie Mae Cockrell Breedlove and was a 1968 graduate of Hallsville High School. She worked as a linen attendant for the University of Missouri Hospital for over 30 years. She loved to sew and quilt and made many different pieces.
She is survived by her son, Jonathan Breedlove; two sisters, Betty Fischer and Mary Level; and her two beloved cats, Boots & Ornery. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
