Steve Allen Estes passed away December 16, 2015 with family surrounding him at University Hospital. He was 58 years old. A Home Going Celebration will be 1 pm Saturday December 26, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home 1217 Business Loop 70W, Columbia, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Steve was born June 30th, 1957 to the late Julius C and Helen Estes in Columbia, MO. He graduated from Hickman High School in 1975. Steve was raised Baptist and his family church is Log Providence. He loved to fish and hunt.
Steve was preceded in death by four brothers (one very recently): Darrell Estes, Don Estes, Lawrence Estes and Cecil Estes; and one sister Marie Estes.
He is survived by one son, Clifton Kinney (Amina) of Des Moines, Iowa; four grandchildren: Aliyah, Brooklyne, Jordan and Justin; three sisters: Rosie Davis (Willie), Betty Estes (Gene) and Julia Estes; four nieces: Erica Davis, Melissa Weakly (Joe), Donna Fenner (Craig), and Jennifer Dawson; one nephew Michael Davis (Judy). He is also survived by multiple great and great-great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
