She was born January 22, 1939, in Moberly, Missouri, to Ed and Orah (Donovan) Moore.
Wanda was united in marriage to Arthur Tomlin on September 23, 1955, in Moberly, Missouri. He preceded her in death on January 29, 1977. On August 15, 2003, in Harrisburg, Missouri, she married Bobby Reeves, who also preceded her in death on August 30, 2018.
In addition to her husbands, Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; a beloved granddaughter, Marcy Turner; and two great-grandchildren, Elijah and Sam Turner.
Prior to her retirement, Wanda worked in document control for Shelter Insurance. She was a longtime member of Perche Baptist Church in Harrisburg, Missouri, and later attended Cornerstone Baptist Church in Centralia after moving there.
Wanda deeply loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were truly the apple of her eye. She was a gifted cook and was especially known for her incredible pies. Wanda faithfully baked pies for church auctions, including one memorable pie that sold for $130. She also delighted in delivering pies door to door to friends and neighbors—whether they were grieving a loss or celebrating a milestone, as Wanda believed pies were good for every occasion. Her chocolate and coconut crème pies will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of tasting them.
Survivors include her children, Bob Tomlin of Centralia, Debra Turner of Centralia, and Vicky Roberts and her husband Gary of Columbia; four grandchildren, Jarrod Turner and his wife Danielle, Michelle Tomlin, Gary Roberts Jr., and Andrew Lee Roberts; great-grandchildren, Tucker and Abigail Turner, Sarah Witter, Kylee Bohlen, and Reed Bassinger; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery.
