Dorris Stringer Kendrick

Dorris Stringer Kendrick, age 96 peacefully passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. She was a resident of Cocoa Beach, Fl. Dorris was a real estate agent, working more than 40 years when she retired. Outside of her professional career, She enjoyed gardening, especially flowers and loved spending time with family.

Dorris was preceded in death by her husband, E. J. Kendrick; parents, Benjamin Stringer and Alice Ophie Stringer; and brother, Bernard Stringer.

Dorris is survived by her daughters, Pam Wigle (Duffy) of Kingsport, TN, and Sylvia Kendrick (Guy Barallon) of Cocoa Beach, FL; two sisters; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A private graveside service was held Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Improve Baptist Church Cemetery in Columbia, MS
