Khamari Nylah Kaye Dillon

On Saturday, September 24, 2022, Columbia resident Khamari Nylah Kaye Dillon returned to God’s presence. Though she was only with us for 13 days, she left her mark on the hearts of her family. Khamari was deeply loved and will forever be remembered as a sweet and loving baby.

She has joined her maternal great-grandmother, Debra Keebler and her maternal great-grandfather, Ricky Brumfield. Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Kristiona Sheree Harris; her father, Christian Dillon; her maternal grandmother, Kayla Tillman; her maternal grandfather, Micheal Harris; her paternal grandmother, Arlesa Dillon; her paternal grandfather and grandmother, JaVaughn and Jawanza Joseph; her maternal great-grandmother, Lisa Harris; her maternal great-grandfather, Jeffrey Harris; paternal great-grandparents, William and Doris Dillon and Hubert Sr. and Betty Joseph; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and special god parents.

There will be a funeral service, officiated by Brother Felix Arnold, at Colonial Funeral Home on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 11:00am. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00am until service time. Khamari will be laid to rest in the Dillon Family Cemetery in Angie, Louisiana assisted by Chase Bonds, Amos Neal, Hyread Mark, Jr., and Ladell Dillon serving as pallbearers.
