Lisa Kelly

Lisa Kelly, age 59 of Columbia, MS passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. She was a homemaker and of the Apostolic faith. Lisa was a giving person and would often help others any way she could. She loved her family and will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Kelly was preceded in death by her husband, James “Satch” Kelly; parents, Wesley Sistrunk and Aileen Carter Sistrunk; and a sister, Annette Chisholm. She is survived by her daughters, Charlene Kelly of Columbia, Annie Rawls (Matt) of Poplarville, MS, and Donna Kelly (Jessie Davis) of Columbia; a son, Jessie Kelly of Georgetown, MS; sisters, Mary Davis of Foxworth, MS, and Melissa Polk (Pistol) of Baton Rouge, LA; brothers, Matthew Sistrunk (Cathy) of Panama City, FL, Edward Sistrunk (Teresa) of Columbia, and Wesley Sistrunk (Judith Ann) of Bassfield, MS; and seven grandchildren, Randy Rawls, Shannon Rawls, Sarah Rawls, Sawyer Rawls, Kadience McRaney, Jackson McRaney, and Liam Davis.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM on Monday, September 23rd and Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 8:30 AM until 11:00 AM at Colonial Funeral Home in Columbia. A graveside service will be conducted at 12:00 PM at Community Cemetery on Columbia Purvis Rd in Columbia. Reverend Max Campbell will officiate. Pallbearers will include Jessie Kelly, Jessie Davis, Jr., Keith Graff, Josh King, Randy Rawls, and Edward Melton.
