Wayne Singley

Wayne Singley, age 62 passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at his residence in Foxworth, MS. He was of the Baptist faith and worked at Pritchard Trucking as a truck driver. Wayne enjoyed many pleasures in life, especially hunting and fishing.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Singley, Jr. and Betty Louise Johnson Singley. He is survived by his step-daughter, Jada Meaux; step-sons, Kyle Bradley (Sam), and Logan Garner; sisters, Martha Rhoden, and Carlene Parente (Guy Serrin); brothers, Ray Singley (Chasity), Dale Singley (Stephanie), Jamie Singley (Nicole), Joey Singley (Amy), and Rickey Singley; and eleven grandchildren, Holden Meaux, Larkin Meaux, Taylin Meaux, Brody Stringer, Olivia Stringer, Blake Stringer, Jordyn Matthews, Kyndall Bradley, Lyah Bradley, Henry Bradley, and John Steven Garner.

A visitation for Wayne will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Colonial Funeral Home in Columbia, MS followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Reverend James Case will officiate and burial will follow at Singley Cemetery assisted by Shawn Parente, James Parente, Hunter Singley, Shane Singley, Kyle Singley, and Justin Singley as pallbearers, and honorary pallbearers, Jeremy Parente and Paul Singley.
