Catherine Hiebler Hiebler Ward

LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Catherine Hiebler Ward, 85, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel with interment in Bush River Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 2, 2012 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Ward was born July 28, 1926 in Bainsville, MD and passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011. She was a daughter of the late John Hiebler and Ella Myers Hiebler. Mrs. Ward was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. She loved reading Christian Fictions and she was a member of the Neely Sunday school class.

Mrs. Ward is survived by her son, Howard G. Ward, Jr. of Murrells Inlet; daughter, Carol M. Ward Copen (Don) of Irmo; grandchild, Alan M. Copen of Lexington; great grandchild, Lillie Grace Copen and two sisters. She was predeceased by her husband Howard G. Ward, Sr. and grandchild, Michelle R. Copen.
