Cindy was born in Florence, SC on October 10, 1947. She graduated from McClenaghan High School, Class of 1965, and attended Winthrop University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Cindy worked at SCANA where she met the love of her life, Mark Garcia. She was married to Mark for 33 years and they enjoyed cruising the world together. She loved caring for her dogs Macie, Alex, and Daisy. Cindy enjoyed tap dancing, yoga, her book club and her ladies lunch group.
We will all miss her beautiful smile and gracious heart. Some of Cindy's favorite charities were Epworth Children's Home, The Ronald McDonald House and Pawmetto Lifeline.
She is preceded in death by her husband Mark Garcia, here father Isaac Stone, her mother Yvonne Gibbs Stone Floyd, and her sister Donna Stone.
