Evelyn Anna LeVan, 93, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2016. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Christ Lutheran Church. Dunbar Funeral Home Northeast Chapel is assisting the family. Born in Reading, Pa., Evelyn was the daughter of the late Walter David and Stella Lengle Siegfried. Her greatest joy in her life was her beloved late husband, Paul Kenneth LeVan, her children and her dog Daisy Mae. She and her husband spent many hours volunteering at Perry Hospital and the Lord’s Table. She is survived by her daughter, Susan J. (David) Redmond of Columbia; grandchildren, Laura LeVan Redmond, Emily Jean (Kenny) Barber, Nathan William (Sydni) Redmond, Stephanie Adams, Kevin (Nicole) Adams and great grandchildren, Connor Adams and Anna Regan Adams. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Jean Adams of Valdosta, Ga.
