COLUMBIA - A celebration of life for Mark Turner Bradshaw, will be held Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church. Following mass a luncheon will be held in the Family Life Center located directly behind the church where the family will receive friends. Mark was born in Columbia, SC on December 23, 1962. He passed away peacefully on May 22, 2014 at home. He was a graduate of Columbia High School and received a degree in Business and Marketing from Midlands Technical College. He was a member of St. Peter’s Church and Our Lady of the Hills. His faith in God was strong and evident to all who knew him. God blessed him with a heart of gold. He was very kind and loyal to everyone and enjoyed being with his family and friends. He devoted his life to working in the restaurant business which he loved. He was a very dedicated employee and enjoyed being with people. His most recent job was at Wild Wings Café. Mark was an avid Gamecock fan who faithfully supported his team in every sport. He also followed all of the Gamecock players in the NFL. He loved NASCAR, music, landscaping, and animals, especially his best friend and companion “Marshall”. Mr. Bradshaw was predeceased by his father, Daniel David Bradshaw, Jr., mother, Lorena Bradshaw and brother, Dan (Nancy) Bradshaw, III. He is survived by sisters, Susan Davis (Daniel) of Anderson and Anne Watkins (Delmas) of Lexington; nieces, Kayla and Kerri Watkins, Leslie Barnes (Chris), Amy Bradshaw, his great niece and two great nephews.
