Patrick Allan McLeod

COLUMBIA - A memorial service for Patrick Allan McLeod, 84, will be held at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Transfiguration Catholic Church, with burial with military honors in Fort Jackson National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. The Rosary will be recited at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel, with a reception following until 7:00 p.m.

Mr. McLeod died Thursday, December 25, 2025. Born in Detroit, MI., he was the son of the late Russell and Cynthia Jerry McLeod. He received an associate’s degree from Mott Community College and attended the University of Michigan. He also served in the U.S. Army and retired as a computer programmer with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. He enjoyed camping with his family and playing softball and racquetball. He was a member of Transfiguration Catholic Church

Surviving are his wife, Nicole C. McLeod; daughter, Debbie McLeod; son, Michael McLeod and wife, Bonnie; granddaughter, Kaitlin Carter; great-granddaughter, Ember-Lynn; brother, William McLeod and wife, Carol; sister, Beverly Jokisch and husband, Ron; two nieces, Shannon McLeod and her daughter, Sheridan Renfroe and Stacy Oliver and her husband, Jim and their four children, Jack, Shelby, J Patrick and Justin Oliver.
