I miss you so much baby girl! Instead of getting easier it seems to get harder. Every time the phone rings I think it's you. You are in my dreams at night and on my mind every day. I love you Amanda and I always will. Rest in peace baby.

Knowing I will never hear that southern accent and great laugh is heartbreaking. As a military spouse, you make friends for the short time you spend in one place just in time so be ordered somewhere else..Amanda was one of those friends. Her sense of humor, and big bright smile made every day at work enjoyable. I remember when she was diagnosed. She faced cancer with such confidence that one couldn't help but be inspired by her strength in such a time of adversity. Hearing that her health declined and that she had passed, my heart sank and I felt like I had the wind knocked out of me. She was so full of life! I'm saddened that Haydn will no longer get to experience everything that made Amanda the person we loved. 
To the parents of Amanda...I'm so sorry for your loss. Thank you for raising such an amazing young woman, she will always be remembered.

Gary and I just want to express how sorry we are about Amanda.  Make you have strength through these difficult days.  We are thinking of you.

When teaching you touch many lives along the way. Even though I taught Amanda many years ago, she has always held a special place in my heart. Whenever and whereever we were she always gave me a big hug and we worked hard to keep in touch. I loved her from the first day I taught her in second grade. So sad that she left us so early, but she left a legacy in the lives of many. I'm going to miss her sweet smile and concern for others. I was blessed to know her! It's a comfort to know that she is in heaven and finally pain free.

Amanda I'm at loss of words...you were my best friend growing up we did everything together. I know we grew apart later in life but that's part of life but I never lost contact with you. Amanda was sure a beautiful person inside and out.  She had a wonderful way with adults and children, and was always such a joy to teach!  I know that she is now pain free and watching over her precious Hayden and other family members.  Deaths like Amanda's make me even more dedicated to the cause of finding a cure for cancer. More than anything I remember Amanda's smile and loving spirit. She was one of those students that leave a print on your heart. I am so saddened by her passing. She was too young, but I know God has a reason for this, whether we understand it or not. Rest with the angels baby and know that you were loved by so many. I know you are healed and keeping watch on your family and friends now. There is no more pain for you. May Jesus wrap his arms around your family, son and friends as they deal with their loss. I pray they find confort that you're well and healed. You are finally at peace.
