Dear Cousins Bill, Gay, Charlie, Lee, Jon, and Jeannie,
I was deeply saddened to hear about your loss. Cousin Betty always extended love and kindness to me and my family. I have such happy memories of her and spending time with your precious family! What a fine, gracious, and loving Christian example she was. Knowing you all has richly blessed our lives. May God comfort you with His peace and mercy through the love of family and friends.

Lee, don't know if you remember me, Holly Howard, Mamie Howard's granddaughter, but we would spend time together when I would come down to Columbus in the summers.  Your mom would take us to the pool, or the park or bring me over to the big white house to play or to the drug store for ice cream.  She was always so sweet and I have very fond memories of her.  I saw her last at my Aunt Onie Harris's funeral 7 years ago and enjoyed catching up with her and your dad.  Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Mrs. Wall was my Math teacher at Baker High School.  She was an extremely nice and patient teacher.  My condolences to the family.

Aunt Betty will be remembered as a gratuitous and loving real southern lady by the lee Barnhart family. Her charm and love will be greatly missed.
