Frances Jones Hill

She was born on October 11, 1932 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Ester Acree Jones and Howard Jones. Frances had four sisters and one brother. Frances was married to the late Eugene Russell Hill. She retired from First National Bank of Columbus in the 1980’s. After retirement, Frances enjoyed reading and relaxing with family and friends. She was Christian by faith and loved her family immensely.

She is survived by her son Alan West Hill; daughter Jeanne Hill (Keith) Mitchell; grandchildren: Abby Jeanne Mitchell, Ashley Rae Mitchell (Brad) Benvenuto, and John Keith Mitchell, Jr.; great grandchildren: Braylee Rae Benvenuto, Briar Kane Benvenuto, and Neva Alison Mitchell.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday March 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM in Parkhill Cemetery with Pastor Rodney Mitchell officiating. Family will visit with friends after the service at the graveside.
