Hiram Edwin Fuller, 87, passed away on October 29, 2012 at his residence. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012 in Parkhill Cemetery at 1:00 PM. The family will greet friends at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Rd., Columbus on Wednesday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.
Mr. Fuller was born January 16, 1925 to the late Mason Moses and Willa Ruth Fuller in Marion County, GA. He worked with RC Cola Company, retiring as Maintenance Supervisor after 43 years of service. He was preceded in death by three brothers, James Fuller, Herman Fuller and Clinton Fuller.
Survivors include his wife, Ouida Zuback Fuller; five children, Terri Slocumb and her husband Larry, Ruthie Carpenter and her husband Allen, Ronald Gary Fuller and his wife, Susan, Gregory Fuller and his wife, Glenda and Sam Fuller and his wife, Diann; twelve grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; two brothers, Floyd Fuller and Larry Fuller; three sisters, Carolyn Harrell, Betty Wimberly and Lovie Jewel Hale; and several nieces and nephews.
