Jessie C. Ingram

A graveside service will be held Monday, November 26, 2012 at 3:00 PM in Parkhill Cemetery according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA, 31907.

Mrs. Ingram was born December 26, 1916 in Donalsonville, GA, daughter of the late Jiley and Pearl Brockett Cross. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God. Mrs. Ingram also volunteered many hours at The Medical Center and a Pink Lady. We will miss her presence daily but her memory will live forever in our hearts.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ingram was preceded in death by her husband, George O. Ingram; three brothers, Ralph Cross, Mack Cross and Basel Cross; three sisters, Clara Wiggins, Louise Jennkison and Beulah Frasier.

Survivors include her son, Karl Ingram and his wife, Sandi of Columbus, GA; one brother, J.E. Cross of Destin, FL; three sisters, Margie Covington of Miami, FL, Ernestine Brazelton of Santa Ana, CA, Betrice Widner of Colquitt, GA; two grandchildren, Ryan Ingram of Phenix City, AL and Tiffany Ingram Walker of Katy TX; six great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
