Joseph Leonard Still, 63, of Box Spring, GA, passed away at his home, Friday, November 14, 2014. Joe was born in Columbus, GA, July, 16, 1951, to his late parents, Thomas and Cora Ruth Still. He graduated from Jordan Vocational High School, was a mechanic, and at one time a NASCAR Inspector.

He loved NASCAR, and Turkey Shoots, but his passion was his family and cooking for them at family gatherings. He was a member of Freedom Worship Center in Phenix City, AL. Visitation will be Sunday, November 16, 2014, 2:00- 6:00 p.m. in the St. Elmo Room of Striffler-Hamby; 4071 Macon Rd. Columbus, GA. Graveside Services are planned for Monday, November 17, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Parkhill Cemetery in Columbus, GA, with Pastor David Stevens officiating.

Along with his parents, Joe is preceded in death by one son, Allen Kinslow. He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Still; two daughters, Rose (Mike) Ramsey of Box Springs, GA, and Patty (Tim) Roberson of Fort Hood, TX; one son Michael (Aletha) Kinslow of Phenix City, AL; three grandchildren, Tamika Walters, Zackary Walters, and Mikey Kinslow; two great grandchildren, Arabella and Alexzander Walters; his brother, Sylvanias Gilman, and many friends and church family.
