Juanita Lavell (Crouch) Brannon, age 81, of Columbus, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born June 8, 1942 in Columbus, GA, she was the daughter of the late David Crouch and Louise Crouch Goodwin.
She loved fishing and cooking for family.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Charles Brannon; her son, Steven Brannon; her sisters, Debra Boren and Karen Kersey; her brother in law, Gary Brannon; her sister in law, Marlene Brannon; her grandchildren, Maggie Bottoms, Vicky Brannon; several cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her son, Michael Brannon and her brother, David Crouch Jr.
A Graveside Service will be held at Riverdale Cemetery, 1000 Victory Drive, Columbus, GA on Friday, July 7, 2023 at 11:00AM. Pastor Danny Courtney will be officiating service. Family will visit with friends at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA on Friday morning, July 7, 2023 from 9:00AM to 10:00AM.
