

A celebration of Carson’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2015 in the Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA. 31907 with Reverend David Howle and Reverend Vernon Prather officiating. Interment to follow at the Emmanuel Baptist Memorial Gardens in Cataula. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. this evening in the Mill Room of
Striffler-Hamby.
Carson was born in Albany, GA. on May 26, 1995 to Kimberly Hinson Peacock and David Wayne Peacock of Cataula, GA. He grew up in Waldorf, Maryland where his dad served in Washington, DC with the United States Marine Corps, only to return to Georgia for his senior year of high school at Harris County High School, upon his dad's retirement from service. He was serving as a Host with Applebee’s on Gentian Blvd. Carson loved nature and the outdoors where he enjoyed fishing and skateboarding with his friends.
Carson is survived by his parents, MSgt. (Ret.) David and Kimberly Peacock of Cataula, Brandon F. Peacock and Brianna Carr, their daughter, Braylee Peacock of Brandywine, Maryland, a sister, Whitney B. Peacock, grandparents, Frank and Joan Hinson of Fortson, Robert and Hildred Peacock of Cataula, and Debi Davis of Michigan, uncles, Dean (Wendy) Peacock, Dan, (Gena) Davis, Eric Davis, Jon (Jessica) Davis, and numerous cousins.
Pallbearers include: David Peacock, Brandon Peacock, Brian Huff, Chris McDowell, Rodney Barfield, and Dyana Poole.
