Linda was born in Cusseta, GA on February 18, 1947 to the late Elmer Pate and Mattie Lorene Mayo Pate. She graduated from Jordan High School in Columbus as the Class of 1965. She was a long-time devoted member of Piney Grove Baptist Church in Harris County.
She and her husband Frank enjoyed many things together, but most of all, they enjoyed travelling across the United States truck driving. She loved to spend time with her family, cooking, being outdoors tending to her garden, or relaxing doing a good word puzzle.
Linda is preceded in death by her son, Sammie Allen Clouse and her siblings, Patricia Leach and Jennifer Fowler.
Linda is survived by her husband, Frank G. Clouse of Cataula, GA; grandchildren, Holly Clouse (CJ) of West Point, GA, Amanda Kisabeth (Jennifer) of Madison, NC; great grandchildren, Quentin Johnson and Bodhi Johnson of West Point, GA ; and a sister, Barbara Mickle of Bossier City, LA.
