She spent a summer in Tanzania where she volunteered in a local hospital. At the University of Georgia she was on the water ski team and spent her summers employed by Callaway Gardens as an instructor. According to her, the most special time was spent in the North Georgia mountains. She also spent many days with her special uncles Edgar and Rig Chancellor.
Lindsay left a legacy of warmth and kindness all while battling cancer for twelve years. Her fight was supported by her strong faith and network of Christian friends. She touched the hearts of every person she encountered. All of her accomplishments are a testament to her courage and fighting spirit. As we say goodbye to Lindsay our hearts are heavy, we are comforted by memories of her warm smile and happy demeanor. We are grateful to have shared in her life. She will be missed.
