Columbus, GA- Lisa Carol Ward Burger, 42 of Columbus, Georgia died on Sunday, November 23, 2014. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
Funeral service will be Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, Columbus. Burial will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. Her family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 in the evening in the St. Elmo room at the funeral home.
Lisa Carol Ward Burger was born on June 10, 1972 in Columbus, Georgia to Doris N. Ward and Roger J. Ward. She attended Calvary Christian School, Brookstone School, Arnold Jr. High, and graduating from Hallie Turner Private School. Lisa loved her son Chris dearly and enjoyed spending time with her canine companion "Skillet". Lisa is survived by her son, Chris Burger, parents, Roger J. Ward and Doris N. Ward; brother, Robert J. Ward; nieces, Ivy and Sara Ward; nephew, John Thomas Ward and numerous other relatives and friends.
