Mary Anna Campbell

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, December 19, 2022 in the Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus, GA. with Dr. LeBron Matthews officiating. Interment to follow in Parkhill Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time.

Mary Anna was born in Columbus, GA. on November 21, 1933 to the late Horace Greeley Davis, Sr. and Eva Roberts Davis. She was a faithful member of Eastern Heights Baptist church where she was a member of the Choir. Mary Anna served as a teacher for the children’s Sunday school class, and was the Church Secretary for many years until her retirement. Mary Anna was preceded in death by her husband Charles Robert Campbell, Sr.

She is survived by her two children, Charles Robert Campbell, Jr. (Janet) of Thomasville, GA. and Susan Campbell Cashwell (Buddy) of Lagrange, GA. a sister, Eva Davis Breedlove of Blairsville, GA. five grandchildren, Spencer Cashwell (Emily), Garrett Cashwell, Joel Campbell (Liro), Drew Campbell and Courtney Foote and four great grandchildren. Olivia Cashwell, Ivan Campbell, Isabelle Campbell and Kaila-li Campbell.
